5 star service! I was so scared as I was stranded on the side of the road alone especially as a female. I called Hasses & he knew exactly where I was and where I needed to be picked up at. I kid you not he pulled up within 5 minutes!! I am so so grateful for their amazing service and friendly attitude! I will recommend them over & over! Thank you so much again !

Everyone at Hasse’s couldn’t have been more kind, helpful and knowledgeable at a time my family needed it. My family and I were traveling for the 4th Holiday and were involved in an accident on I-94. Hasse’s showed up to tow us and were professional, courteous, and genuinely cared for our safety. Not only do they have great radio commercials but great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

The entire Hasse’s team was extremely helpful and accommodating during what was otherwise a very stressful experience. Our family of 5 with 3 small children was in an accident on the nearby highway and our insurance provider was slow to help. Hasse’s quickly sent a truck and got us back to their location. They helped calm the children with toys and snacks and the kids loved their dog. They were quick to connect with local police to expedite the process and make it as convenient as possible. Hasse’s showed up quickly. Took me to a rental agency, held an umbrella while I transferred stuff from one vehicle to the next and waited to make sure I was on my way before taking my car to their yard. Fantastic service.
