Hasse's is a great towing company. I used them all my life, back in the 80's when I used to work on cars myself. I needed them again about a month ago, when I got stuck in a cold ice storm after dark (with my daughter with me). Wendy got the technician dispatched and he had me going again quickly. The again yesterday I spoke to Wendy about towing my car that no long steered to the repair shop. Again, she was awesome! I had a terrible experience with Hasse Towing Service. The police called them when one of our drivers went off the road, and from the start, their communication was awful. They completely ignored me when I asked for a price, then impounded my truck without giving a clear cost upfront. When I finally got a quote and agreed to it, they suddenly changed the price and nearly doubled it when it was time to pay. This company is a complete rip-off. They towed a box truck we purchased, out of an overgrown wooded area. Big thanks to Wendy's coordination from the office end. Much thanks to the 2nd driver/co-owner, and his ability to make this task as pleasant as possible by navigating through unknown variables with competence.
