I used Helton Ingram Septic last week, during all the heavy rains, in an attempt to get my home back up and flushing. They were the ONLY company that came out, DURING the downpour, and did what was necessary to get me back up and working. Me and my family cannot thank you guys enough for your fast and friendly service.

STAY AWAY! Dawn the "Offi... STAY AWAY! Dawn the Office Manager who also WEARS THE PANTS in the company cant seem to get information from her Techs or her husband to make the necessary notes on your account to insure your renter does not authorize work to be done. I was charged $20 for 3 minutes of thier time and they were ALREADY ON THE PROPERTY doing an inspection! When you complain, it becomes YOUR fault for NOT TALKING...
