Henry Mechanical just installed AC and a new furnace in my home. Everyone I talked with was very nice and helpful. Chris gave me a great quote and answered all my questions. Kazu doubled checked the numbers and walked me through the installation process. Kyle, Bryan, Evan, and Tyler were all outstanding, and they did an excellent job installing my AC and furnace. AC unit stoped working on a day with 100+ degree heat and family coming into town. Called Henry and they had a service repair person out in 45 minutes. Andrew arrived and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly; gave us a quote to fix it, completely cleaned out the unit, got cool air pumping into the house in an hour AND he waived the diagnosis fee. We are very thankful and grateful for the wonderful experience going with Henry Mechanical. Would definitely recommend.
Andrew and the entire team was super professional, expert as their jobs, friendly, on time and all good things I can say. I had 2 HVAC units put into 2 rooftop condos. They did all that in 1 day. It was a big job and this efficient team was up to it! They excelled on all counts. Andrew also helped me by working with me to work out a payment plan. Excellent service.
Henry Mechanical certainly knew what they were doing when they hired Bailey Roberts. Mr. Roberts arrived promptly at my home in St Helena, during a heat spell of 107 degrees. Bailey patiently listened to all my needs and concerns and heroically jumped into my attic that read 146 degrees to inspect the heating/cooling ducts.
