We have had a great experience with Home Comfort Alliance. Every technician has been super friendly and helpful. We signed up for an annual plan and I appreciate that we get reminders of when our service is due. Yesterday, Anton K. came out to make sure everything was running well. He was extremely informative about how our system works and gave us some tips on how to heat and cool our home more efficiently. He was enthusiastic about helping us and just a generally nice guy. Thanks so much!

The whole experience was wunderbar!! They were able to schedule me just a few days out even though it was not an emergency. The tech, Joshua, was very responsive to my concerns and was able to diagnose it immediately. He found a couple future issues and explained them well, even sat down with me and showed me pictures. I feel like my furnace knowledge quadrupled. He gave me plenty of time to consider my options. And I never once felt pressured. Allen, a Home Comfort Alliance technician, has been to our house quite a few times over the years for annual maintenance on our furnace, heat pump, and water heater. He is prompt, communicates well, and patiently answers any questions I have. I am always pleased to see him and appreciate his knowledge. He keeps our equipment performing at its best. Don’t know what we’d do without Allen!

Reylli did a great job. He explained what he was going to do, let me know what was going to happen and what would be accomplished. He also let me know approximately how long it would take. He completed the cleaning and took me through what I needed to do as a follow up which was minimal. He was kind, conscientious, efficient, and knew what he was doing. A pleasure to have him work on our heating/ac system.

Anton arrived on time, was pleasant and cooperative, and did a great job with fall check up and maintenance of our HVAC system. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and educated me about the details of the HVAC equipment in the house we just moved into.
