Jeff was very professional and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I'm satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them in the future. We just purchased our home and needed both furnace and AC servicing. We called Home Comfort Alliance (previously GS Heating) since they installed the AC unit for the previous owner a couple of years ago. We were able to get an appointment that worked for our schedule in just a few days. The technician, Anton was great. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. I was prepared to give HCA a 3 star review because of issues with the install, it taking us three weeks after install to get our permit and their controller somehow losing the money from our check that cleared to their bank. However, their installer Joseph Daniels saved the day, and without his help we would not have been happy with our purchase. Allen Walker was knowledgeable, courteous, communicative, and personable. We learned good info about our one-year-old system and, in addition, about draining our hot water tank (which he also took care of). We felt assured that our equipment is in good hands; we highly recommend Allen and Home Comfort Alliance.
