Very impressed as always, I bought my HVAC mini split 3 years ago, and I’m so happy I did this with Home Comfort Alliance. Every single one of their team are knowledgeable and friendly. These units work so well. We have had a great experience with Home Comfort Alliance. Every technician has been super friendly and helpful. We signed up for an annual plan and I appreciate that we get reminders of when our service is due. Yesterday, Anton K. came out to make sure everything was running well. He was extremely informative about how our system works and gave us some tips on how to heat and cool our home more efficiently. He was enthusiastic about helping us and just a generally nice guy. Anton has serviced my heat pump and auxiliary furnace multiple times, and I’ve consistently been impressed with his professionalism. The whole experience was wunderbar!! They were able to schedule me just a few days out even though it was not an emergency. The tech, Joshua, was very responsive to my concerns and was able to diagnose it immediately. He found a couple future issues and explained them well, even sat down with me and showed me pictures. Mike and Ina and the electricians all performed superbly (competent, hard working, very skilled, good teachers) as they installed our new Carrier Heat Pump System and Air Handler. The team was out of the Bremerton office. They accomplished the install in one long day on June 20th 2025. They also had to remove the 20+ year old propane furnace leaving intact our propane water heater, stovetop and fireplace. Everything was cleaned up before they left.
