Got a full HVAC duct cleaning as part of a larger furnace/AC unit installation from Home Comfort Alliance through Costco. Our Service technician, Reylli, did a great job! He was conscientious and listened to my concerns, talked through any questions we had, and took extra care using his tools due to the advanced age of our air ducts. I would definitely recommend these guys for any HVAC work you need.
We have had a great experience with Home Comfort Alliance. Every technician has been super friendly and helpful. We signed up for an annual plan and I appreciate that we get reminders of when our service is due. Yesterday, Anton K. came out to make sure everything was running well. He was extremely informative about how our system works and gave us some tips on how to heat and cool our home more efficiently. He was enthusiastic about helping us and just a generally nice guy. Allen serviced my heating/cooling system last week at my request, as he has done in the past. Allen is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Additionally, he respects my home and always takes time to clean and put back any items that were moved. Allen has a positive attitude and is kind and friendly. I feel Allen follows the highest standards of quality and service!
