I could not be more pleased with the entire experience with Home Comfort Alliance. I called due to my heat pump system not working. The call receiver, Tonya, was very kind and helpful. She told me the next appointment was the following week, but told me she would send out a message to all the dispatchers with the company to put me as a priority since we were heading into a hot weekend. I called to set up maintenance and got a same day appointment! A text came with tech’s name and arrival window with another one when he was on his way and one more at arrival. Anton was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! All work done well and gave us peace of mind. Excellent work and customer service!!

Home comfort alliance came out to diagnose and fix our furnace. They charged a fee just for coming out, which I kind of understand, but then there was an additional diagnosing fee on top of that. Within 15 minutes, our technician diagnosed our problem and ordered a part. We then waited three days to get that part and have our furnace repaired. Within a 2 days, our furnace was broken again. He came back A day later. After spending 4+ hours looking at it this time, he determined that actually two other components were broken.... read more
