Mike and Ina and the electricians all performed superbly (competent, hard working, very skilled, good teachers) as they installed our new Carrier Heat Pump System and Air Handler. The team was out of the Bremerton office. They accomplished the install in one long day on June 20th 2025. They also had to remove the 20+ year old propane furnace leaving intact our propane water heater, stovetop and fireplace. Everything was cleaned up before they left. We had our AC unit replaced. We are so happy and pleased with the installation and professionalism. We will recommend you to everyone. I know now there are four frustrated individuals that cannot set the current time on the thermostat wall device
Our wonderful AC/Furnace was installed one year ago. We had Home Comfort Alliance Service Tech to give our units their one year checkups. Anton, our Service Tech was first class, Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful with all kinds of good information as to the operation of the system & thermostat. We greatly appreciated his kindness and willing to answer our questions. He definitely deserves a raise.
