Jeff was very professional and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I'm satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them in the future. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience with Home Comfort Alliance. I called due to my heat pump system not working. The call receiver, Tonya, was very kind and helpful. She told me the next appointment was the following week, but told me she would send out a message to all the dispatchers with the company to put me as a priority since we were heading into a hot weekend. We just purchased our home and needed both furnace and AC servicing. We called Home Comfort Alliance (previously GS Heating) since they installed the AC unit for the previous owner a couple of years ago. We were able to get an appointment that worked for our schedule in just a few days. The technician, Anton was great. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Allen Walker was knowledgeable, courteous, communicative, and personable. We learned good info about our one-year-old system and, in addition, about draining our hot water tank (which he also took care of). We felt assured that our equipment is in good hands; we highly recommend Allen and Home Comfort Alliance.
