Not a fan of the consultant giving an overpriced quote before an actual walkthrough. Seemed like he was more interested in selling a product than focusing on sincere customer service. Glad I got multiple quotes elsewhere and encountered some awesome consultants who looked out for the customers best interest.

We smelled smoke and needed help fast! We have the Comfort Club Membership so called the experts Home Comfort we already knew. A professional technician (Tor) came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was professional, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and offered sound guidance on the equipment fix and future maintenance. Our family feels safe knowing we have updated equipment guaranteed by Home Comfort. Thank you, Tor and his team for helping us quickly.
The technician showed up before the time expected. Went right to work to replace the recessed light. He figured out a way to avoid cutting into the drywall and quickly replace the unit. He completely clean the area and proceeded to the next job, replacing the exhaust fan in the laundry room. Afterwards, he explained the operation of the new fan and how we can adjust it. Highly recommend Home Comfort Alliance.
