Very impressed as always, I bought my HVAC mini split 3 years ago, and I’m so happy I did this with Home Comfort Alliance. Every single one of their team are knowledgeable and friendly. These units work so well. The whole experience was wunderbar!! They were able to schedule me just a few days out even though it was not an emergency. The tech, Joshua, was very responsive to my concerns and was able to diagnose it immediately. He found a couple future issues and explained them well, even sat down with me and showed me pictures. We have had a great experience with Home Comfort Alliance. Every technician has been super friendly and helpful. We signed up for an annual plan and I appreciate that we get reminders of when our service is due. Yesterday, Anton K. came out to make sure everything was running well. He was extremely informative about how our system works and gave us some tips on how to heat and cool our home more efficiently. He was enthusiastic about helping us and just a generally nice guy.
