Brandon came by to give us an estimate for a heat pump and furnace replacement. He arrived on time, was professional, curtious, and knowledgeable. He took measurements, counts and reviewed old equipment. The estimates were competitive, plus he explained about the rebates and tax credits available. We accepted his offer and he will fill out all the paperwork for getting rebates. The communication has been good so far. System will be installed next week.
Simply needed a quote for AC install. While I ended up going with another company, Home Comfort Alliance did a fantastic job coordinating, scheduling, and getting a tech out within a day to give me a quote. Shout out to Brandon Roberson for being an exemplary employee, polite and kind when he stopped by my house to give the estimate. Thanks again to all involved, and highly recommend this company for HVAC needs!
Richard and Matt installed my new furnace and ac today. They showed at 7:00 am and were finished by 2:00 pm. Their work quality were both professional and of quality. They installed the ac and furnace quickly and efficiently. They treated us with respect and dignity. After they were finished with the installation, they took their time in explaining everything worked from the thermostat to the ac unit. I would definitely use them again. Great job guys.
