He took the time to make a few minor repairs just in case it rained before they started. They were able to come out a few days later and replace my roof in one day!! They did everything they were going to do. They were on time. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. I got a follow up phone call a couple days after they were finished and that for me went a long way. That made me feel that they cared.
