We have been relying on Hotsy for parts & service for nearly a decade. They have helped us in many facets of our washing division @ Proline. They have a very well ran operation with great rental equipment & pricing, specialty parts & a highly dedicated service staff. We highly recommenced this company.

I have been taking my spray rigs to Hotsy Carlson for 6 years and they have always been wonderful!! Alicia and Matt and all the staff take awesome care of me!!! Even without an appointment we have dropped by with an emergency and they take care of it! Pricing is fair and the staff are super nice. I love them and won't go anywhere else!

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. Not only does the communication suck. The ability to troubleshoot equipment is below sub par. Took machinery here on multiple occasions. Had some issues with a Honda motor. Tore it apart and could not trouble shoot the issues. Not only that the machine was never put back together. Was also informed that unless they intend to handle the warranty claim the motor should not be torn apart. Didn’t even run a leak down or compression test to begin with.
