Had a quick repair done on a hose reel and was told it wouldn’t be that expensive as it only took 3 minutes to fix. Turns around and charges me $125 full hour rate which they have never charged for quick fixes. I’ve gone to them for all my pressure washer parts and rentals over the years but no more after this. Sat there and lied to my face and then charged me $226 and said that’s just how it is sorry for a sub 3 minute fix

Jonathan and Chuck and I cannot forget the best person here Victoria for helping me out on my brand new Hotsy I called them short notice they got me a brand new unit as I was heading back to San Antonio Best people around thank you guys.

Had a first time visit the other day. I was looking for nozzles for a small surface cleaner. I knew the size, but was skeptical ordering online. They found me the correct part at a reasonable price. I have installed the nozzles, and will try them out this weekend.

They're rude, it took them a full day to get a quote (internet is a thing), and they attempted to charge me three times what i ended up paying. Steer clear of this company. I'm certain I'm not the only one they're willing to try to rip off. Extremely disconcerting.

We get all our pressure washing equipment from Hotsy Carlson in Bryan, they do a good job.
