Driver of 02 was awesome! Showed up 15 min early, got straight to work and educated me on our system! Not to mention… I called them on Sunday evening and they were out to my house at 6:45 am. 10/10 will recommend Integrity to everyone!!

We were in immediate need of a septic pump out as we were experiencing backed up showers and toilets. Our tanks were supposedly pumped out 4 months ago when the home was listed for sale. We moved in just 10 weeks ago and were not at all expecting to have septic issues. Date 8 Sept 2025. This place is great. We had backup issues in a newly purchased home that had the system "serviced" by T&L Septic in April prior to closing. Basically T&L swindled the seller by not doing a pump of the solids tank which is the most important part of a pumping. Integrity came out the same day in our hour of need and did a full pump of our 3 chamber conventional system. Joe was the technician and I can't speak highly enough of how awesome he was. Called the day before they came next day pumped out both of my tanks in under 45 minutes. Great experience with them very friendly couple of guys very knowledgeable too.
