Called Integrity Septic before the recent snow storm and a 3rd party septic truck arrived the next day. He completely pumped both tanks (1,000 gallons) and his truck was so new that he didn't have the appropriate equipment for a thorough cleaning. So, he use my garden hose for about 2 minutes in each tank and pumped out the residual fluid, no inspection. Once, again John to save the day! I am a first-year homeowner and John came out earlier in the year to clean my tanks and taught me everything I needed to know. Then, today I had an emergency clog and within 30 minutes he was here to help. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Their name is spot on. They promptly showed up on time, the service techs were kind and very professional. We had a very stubborn blockage in our line and they got it handled. I would highly recommend Integrity Septic to anyone. We will definitely use them again. Hopefully in a couple years! Thanks to your team for taking care of us.

They guys who came out were so kind and took the time to explain the process of what they were doing. I appreciated the fact that after each tank was emptied and cleaned they asked me to come out and inspect that it was done. They did a wonderful job and was extremely respectful.
