In a word: superb. A crew of Master Craftsmen led by an exceptional Forman, knowledgeable, attentive to our questions and way beyond helpful in every way. They took precautions to safeguard our shrubbery and flowers. Tarps on the lawn, , picking up every scrap of the old roof—even magnetic sweepers to be sure there were no nails in the lawn, sidewalks and driveway. 5 stars for every person we interacted with the entire time. Owner, office staff, project manager, foreman, workers. Everybody worked hard, was very fair, and did a great job. The project manager did a great job communicating and sending pictures throughout the job. And the workers did a very thorough clean up job when they finished. Highest recommendation to anyone looking to get work done on their roof.

Jack C Wilson Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Jake did an outstanding job of providing the estimate and explaining everything involved. Byron did an outstanding job coordinating the process. The crew worked were there on time and worked diligently throughout the day. I appreciated the way that the company worked with me to get the roof done in a timely manner. Jack C. Wilson did an excellent job on my roof. I could not be more pleased. They were very professional and hard working. They gave me a fair quote within a day - many other companies didn't even return my call. They replaced a lot of the rafters on the back of my house that had water damage. They took care of my property while they were working and cleaned everything up after they were finished. Very professional. I highly recommend these guys!

My roof was past due for replacement, so I was apprehensive about the cost. Jake (the estimator) walked me through what he had found during his inspection, explained all the options, and was completely transparent about the work and materials required. The total, with additional plywood for decking repair, was well within the range I had budgeted.
