In a word: superb. A crew of Master Craftsmen led by an exceptional Forman, knowledgeable, attentive to our questions and way beyond helpful in every way. They took precautions to safeguard our shrubbery and flowers. Tarps on the lawn, , picking up every scrap of the old roof—even magnetic sweepers to be sure there were no nails in the lawn, sidewalks and driveway. 5 stars for every person we interacted with the entire time. Owner, office staff, project manager, foreman, workers. Everybody worked hard, was very fair, and did a great job. The project manager did a great job communicating and sending pictures throughout the job. And the workers did a very thorough clean up job when they finished. Highest recommendation to anyone looking to get work done on their roof.

Jack C. Wilson did an excellent job on my roof. I could not be more pleased. They were very professional and hard working. They gave me a fair quote within a day - many other companies didn't even return my call. They replaced a lot of the rafters on the back of my house that had water damage. They took care of my property while they were working and cleaned everything up after they were finished. Very professional. I highly recommend these guys!

We just had a new roof put on and they did a great job and it looks awesome. We were very impressed with our sales person Jake. He explained everything in detail and then some. We had a minor issue with being able to take the dogs out for a bathroom break, but other than that, no issues. We appreciated the concern and quickness to rectify it when we brought it to their attention. But, they made up for it by getting the roof done earlier than expected!
