On Thanksgiving evening, my furnace was not working properly. I Sent a message for help through their website. They came out the next morning. It was the circuit board. They returned in a few hours and replaced it. Austin was friendly, helpful, efficient and got the job done. Great service!! Thank you!! I would definitely recommend.
Incredible customer service from Eric. Contacted Kern first thing in morning after returning from vacation to a broken furnace when temps were in the teens. He was here within 45 minutes with a solution and fixed the problem. Highly recommend!
