The employees were very professional, conscientious, well mannered, and informed. The whole process of removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment was completed in 1 day rather than 2 as originally stated. They left my home as clean as they found it. I am very pleased with my new equipment and the price I paid compared to other contractors that gave me a quote. Their work was meticulous and timely. Would highly recommend this company for heating and cooling needs.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. My furnace died on me, so I called them to come out and see what was wrong. Unfortunately, I ended up needing a new furnace, but they were able to install it the same day, which was a huge relief. The price was very fair, and both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re in the Milford area, I would definitely recommend giving them a call. Great service from start to finish.
Great experience from scheduling the quote thru installation. Friendly people that explained all the options and helped me choose what was best for my home and my budget. Installers were very nice, and did a super clean installation of the furnace, A/C and water heater. Would absolutely use them again.
I use Kern Mechanical at several properties that I manage. Scott is always prompt with getting a tech onsite, usually the same day and his Tech's are always great with keeping me updated on what is wrong and how much it will cost to repair. Highly recommend
