I recently had the HVAC system installed by a very professional company with friendly staff. The job was completed efficiently, and I am pleased with the process. The owner responded promptly to all my questions, and they handled all the necessary permits. So far, everything is functioning well; however, since I need to wait until summer to assess how the A/C performs, I can't give a final review yet. Overall, I am happy with the installation.
Hired Kern Mechanical LLC for a furnace problem. I called at 9:00 am and Austin was here at 11:30. Maybe I just had a lucky day but I was impressed with the fast response. Austin was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem. He also checked and fixed a problem that I didn’t realize I had. Thank you Austin and Kern Mechanical. When it comes time ( because there will be a time)for new HVAC system I know who I’m calling.
I use Kern Mechanical at several properties that I manage. Scott is always prompt with getting a tech onsite, usually the same day and his Tech's are always great with keeping me updated on what is wrong and how much it will cost to repair. Highly recommend
These guys are awesome. They are very nice and knowledgeable. They have done a lot of work for us in our apartment complex and I have zero complaints. Good guys, good prices, good work!
