Scott was extremely knowledgeable and informative on the initial quote visit. We had issues with heating areas like an addition and our upstairs living space. Happy to say I do notice an improvement there now. The team was accommodating in scheduling when I asked for an earlier install date. It was nice having such a quick and reasonable response to my call. My baseboard heating boiler stopped working. Kern responded within a few hours and had us toasty in short order. Their field people were friendly, knowledgeable and let me watch them dig into the guts of the unit.
