I brought my mower in for specific, clearly requested work. When I picked it up, I was charged for additional services that I did NOT authorize or ask for. When I raised the issue, the service technician just apologized and kept claiming that’s what he was told to do. Not sure why they sent me to the service technician instead of straight to a manger.
