Mr. Turnage was very helpful in saving my home. The bank agreed but refused to work inside the bankruptcy so I basically filed bankruptcy for nothing. I was advised to convert from a Chapter 13 to Chapter 7 after that and I didn't understand why. Mr. Turnage knew I was a graduate student and should have known this would exclude me from future student loans.
