Highly recommend Mason's plumbing! Our hot water heater burst on a Tuesday evening. We called the emergency number (as listed on their normal business voicemail recording). I immediately got an answer and someone was heading my way within 30 minutes. Joshua Brown came to our house and was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and talked through possible options with us. But a new tank was ultimately needed. Highly recommend this company. They are professional and efficient. Showed up at the scheduled times. Fixed all my water lines for a great price. I also got to witness awesome customer service in the office.
We are first time home buyers and need to learn so much about our 1953 home. We had a large problem with bathwater draining out of toilet seals. Our other toilet was leaking too. Jeannette was so wonderful. She provided advice about taking the lid off of our cleanout, so it can relieve some pressure. Andrew came out the next day and was so kind. He was knowledgeable. Mason’s floored me by how quick and helpful they were. My kitchen sink drain literally fell apart as I was trying to reconnect it. I gave them a call and they came right away. The plumber did great, quick work and we are so happy with the results. We will be returning costumers, if we ever need help with a plumbing issue again.
