Joe was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, kind and friendly with the kids and the dog. What we were hoping would be a simple fix was more complex.(thanks to the 2 story addition 🤪) However, Joe explained my options clearly. He respected my ignorance in the field and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Mike and Cameron were very professional. I had McAfee out to clean my ducts. They took care to keep all the outside leaves and dirt out of my house. Great Job will use them again and telling my Son in Law as well since they are looking to get their ducts cleaned as well.
Matt was personable and professional . He arrived at the scheduled time and took the time to thoroughly explain what I was hearing with my heat pump. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong. Another excellent service call from McAfee.
The technician Gabe was great. He provided good communication on his arrival time. He was very efficient and thorough during his inspection. All findings were discussed with me in detail after the inspection was completed.
