Fantastic customer service! Our sales person Danny Pennington was very professional at listing out all our options. He worked hard to get us on the schedule for the very next day. Day 1 of 2 was excellent. The guys removed all my old equipment, placed in new furnace, 4 ton unit, and prepped all the duct work so we could at least have a for the night. Team is to return tomorrow to finish duct work, program zoning, and balance the system. So far with the new system it is cooling the lower level of the house more efficiently. Day 2 of 2. I had my ducting cleaned out today, Mike was our service person, and did such a thorough job, explaining to a new recruit everything he was doing . He was professional, he gave me confidence in his skill, since I didn't have any knowledge in this area. He took photos before and after and kept me informed throughout the day. I give Mike 5 stars! McAfee came through BIG for my family during a massive heat wave. The schedule process was easy, the tech was one time and very professional, and the quality of work was great. Elijah was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. There wasn't a moment we ever doubted that he didn't thoroughly know what he was doing. He took his time, made sure the new fan and other components were in correctly and then ran the system long enough to make sure all was good. Elijah explained the benefits of the family plan which we purchased which did help with our bill. We really appreciate that kind of fast response from McAfee.
