The technician was great and very knowledgeable and polite. The reason for two stars is if I would have went with another company I would have saved well over $200. They replaced a capacitor which on average is a $30 part and we're here for 30 minutes and it was not after hours. I was charged $485 to put in a $30 part I could have bought on Amazon or anywhere else or save money by going with another company. McAfee is a fantastic company. We just replaced our entire furnace. Drew our salesman was great. He made sure we had the right unit for our house and personal requirements. He listened to us and made recommendations based on our needs. The install crew arrived in a timely manner and are very professional in their work and attitudes. There is a reason why they are the number one heating and air conditioning company in the area. The owner Greg, is a stand up guy who gives a lot back to the community.
Had a great experience the guys from McAfee! I was super glad to have got an appointment today for no heat.. Ben was able to get my older furnace working again! Unfortunately, overnight the furnace stopped again, so I was able to call in the morning to get another appointment the same day.. James came out this time and was able to troubleshoot that it must’ve just been some dust that was keeping the furnace from lighting so he took care of that for us. The service install was excellent. The follow up was excellent. They did things I had no idea they were going to do like a CO2 detector. I am extremely pleased and have already recommended them to a couple other people so thank you so much for what you’ve done. I’m looking forward to many years of service with you.
Justin and Brayden came out today to install our new tankless water heater. They were both very courteous and professional. All I can say is WOW!!!! They did a great job!!!
