Paying out of pocket was cheaper that my deductible with my home warranty company which has been horrible since changing their name to Cinch Home Warranty. McAfee was very polite from the initial phone call of needing my furnace looked at , all the way to the very polite technician Lance. Thank you McAffee for making me feel valued and appreciated
Matt was personable and professional . He arrived at the scheduled time and took the time to thoroughly explain what I was hearing with my heat pump. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong. Another excellent service call from McAfee.

Fantastic customer service! Our sales person Danny Pennington was very professional at listing out all our options. He worked hard to get us on the schedule for the very next day. Ken S. arrived on time the next day with his helper and installed our new system. He was meticulous in his efforts and the new furnace/AC works great! We called the moment we knew our units were done for. Drew was out the very next day and was very prompt! He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The technicians were at my house at 8 am on the dot! Took most of the day but I now have heat and air again! Thanks Guys!
