Dishonest business practices. I agreed to have Top of the line Carrier equipment installed in my home and got equipment with nothing but a McAfee badge on them. I asked them to prove to me by the model and serial numbers that I had actually been given the correct equipment and they wouldn’t do it. They acted like I was insulting them for asking them to positively identify what they had installed and I never did get a satisfactory answer. What was I going to do, it was already installed. McAfee Heating certainly came to my rescue when my furnace failed on the coldest day of this winter, so far. Every person with whom I came in contact was intent on helping me through this crisis. They were professional, kind and also cheerful. I am so grateful that I called them and happy to have relied on their expertise.
Paying out of pocket was cheaper that my deductible with my home warranty company which has been horrible since changing their name to Cinch Home Warranty. McAfee was very polite from the initial phone call of needing my furnace looked at , all the way to the very polite technician Lance. Thank you McAffee for making me feel valued and appreciated
