Mike and Cameron were great! Very professional and friendly. They explained the process and were done pretty quick. It only took about 2 /2 hours for our the 3 levels of our house. The whole duct cleaning process was also much cleaner than I expected. I thought there was going to be a lot of dust everywhere, but there wasn’t! The before and after photos they showed me showed much cleaner vents!
Auon came out to check our water heater and was very informative throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of my questions clearly, and gave helpful recommendations without any pressure. He was professional, easy to talk to, and respectful of our home. We had a vibration sound coming from the furnace. It was a $10 plastic fan blade on the draft inducer motor that had rounded out on the shaft. So instead of rotating it was just vibrating on the shaft. Thank you Allied Services out of Clayton Ohio for your honesty! The McAfee tech was upselling a whole new system 5 minutes in the door. I said no. Then quoted me $1200 for a new draft inducer motor. Oh wait, sign up for our yearly service and the price would be ~$750.?
