I was scheduled in a three-hour window (8-11a) Mike called at 7:50a, and informed me the crew was on their way. Upon arrival (promptly at 8a) Mike, Cameron, and Demarion surveyed the job (air duct cleaning), explained what was about to take place. They were careful to prevent damage to our home (wore foot coverings, used corner protectors, etc.) Each of them had specific tasks and they began work immediately. Fantastic customer service! Our sales person Danny Pennington was very professional at listing out all our options. He worked hard to get us on the schedule for the very next day. Ken S. arrived on time the next day with his helper and installed our new system. He was meticulous in his efforts and the new furnace/AC works great! I've been using McAfee for the past 8 years. Never had a single problem. Recently we had our annual furnace inspection to make sure we were set for winter. Lance has been our service technician the last several times. He is thorough, knowledgeable and very personal. He is definitely an asset to your organization.

I had my ducting cleaned out today, Mike was our service person, and did such a thorough job, explaining to a new recruit everything he was doing . He was professional, he gave me confidence in his skill, since I didn't have any knowledge in this area. He took photos before and after and kept me informed throughout the day. I give Mike 5 stars!
