Amazing service! We called on a Sunday morning due to our A/C being out. The tech called us within five minutes and was onsite within 15 minutes of the call being placed!! He was extremely knowledgeable and had the issue diagnosed and the part replaced within 1/2 hour!! He did a quick health check on our system and I gladly signed up for their monthly maintenance package. Amazing company, and the tech Michael was also amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We have had a wonderful experience with McAfee! We had a new unit installed 2 years ago and when we had an issue a few months ago they came out and fixed it. I recommend becoming a comfort family member, comes with great benefits. You can't go wrong with this company. Bonus, everyone we have had contact with are really nice and do great with our dogs!

Quick and clean service. Checked all possibilities for my issue before fixing to ensure I didn't spend a bunch of money identifying the issue. Tech called prior to arrival and answered all my questions. A/C working much better than before.
Technician showed up as scheduled, was very professional, thorough and left everything better than it was. He replaced the filter, cleaned off the condenser and verified that all the electronics and mechanicals were functioning as intended. I’m very happy with the service we have received from the McAfee team.
