We have had a wonderful experience with McAfee! We had a new unit installed 2 years ago and when we had an issue a few months ago they came out and fixed it. I recommend becoming a comfort family member, comes with great benefits. You can't go wrong with this company. Bonus, everyone we have had contact with are really nice and do great with our dogs!

Had a new heat pump and AC installed yesterday, and McAfee did a fantastic job!! The salesman Drew answered all my questions and the install crew of Kenny and Austin did a fantastic installation. If you a new system you need to call this team!
I am a long time customer. Staff are consistently friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. Even wearing booties without me requesting it. They are very helpful giving great info to keep your furnace and a/c running well. Nick was very helpful today during my seasonal a/c check up (the monthly service program is worth it and they did great job with duct cleaning last yr).
Very good at his job. He found and fixed the problem quickly. Scott is very personal. He is the kind of man/woman I would hope comes out every time we need to have a person in our home.
