We had a great experience working with Jason at Metro Foundation Solutions! The Metro team helped us address crawlspace and drainage issues in our (new to us) historic San Marco home. They truly helped educate us as first time homebuyers. Our home is now happy and healthy - no more "old house" smell! I have sent other historic homeowners their way, and they've said they also had a great experience. Highly recommend Metro Foundation Solutions!

This company very carefully explained to me the scope of work, expected outcomes, and listened to our concerns for great care not to damage due to lifting. The work to the corners of our home, back wall support beam, and crawl space support towers was done was very extensive and gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing it is done. Metro was specific about the track their equipment would need to take and which bushes would need to be moved aside. Great company. Cody and his team came out and did the job as they said at a great price. After the job if you need them I recommend you call the office rather than the team. Not a knock on them at all. They just give the job that they are working on their 100% focus it seems like. The front office will get you on schedule. This is a good thing! They added more support to our home in the crawl space when we started to hear creaking. They stay true to their word .

Excellent company to work with. I was under a tight deadline when selling my home and they were able to come out the next day to give me a quote. They also squeezed me into their repair schedule and photographed the full repair for my buyer. Pricing was reasonable. I’m thankful to Jason and Andrew for their excellent work!
