Ryan Kerschner was very helpful with my Trex decking purchase. I am a DIYer and building a deck was my first time ever. Myself and an employee accidently loaded an incorrect length of board on my trailer without noticing. Complete accident that’s easy to happen, I left a message after hours asking if I could exchange them next week ( it was a Friday evening). Not ten minutes later I got a message from an employee of the company figuring out a way to resolve the mistake.
