Unfortunate that the customer service has dropped. Guy helping my wife was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to help my wife or maybe he didn’t want to be at work. On top of the lack of service we are usually greeted with at Builders Mart, the 1x12’s and 1x8’s were Menards quality. If I was wanting to sort through low quality wood outside, I’d have driven myself all the way to Ft Wayne. We are pretty disappointed with our experience today as it’s usually not the case.
I was told that the materials for my deck would be delivered on this date. I stayed home all afternoon to receive the materials. At 4:30 in the afternoon i called and was informed that the materials would be delivered next day. My wife is in the hospital and I could have been with her. I will not spend another dollar with this business.

In and out... Got the materials I needed and they loaded everything I bought. Unlike some big name lumber yards that you have to pick your stuff out, pay for it, then load it all by yourself.
I wood recommend this place.
