Dr Fritz and his team have been an absolute breath of fresh air. Scheduling is easy, communication is smooth, and they genuinely listen. After dealing with other offices that made mistakes and then turned around and put the blame on the patient, creating even more stress on top of an already stressful situation, this place has been a completely different experience. I have been a patient at NorthEast Florida Psychiatric for many years. My Dr. is Dr. Stokes. She has taken very good care of me over the years. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I get a feeling of Peace when I walk in the doors. They all greet me with smiles. When I am leaving they tell me God Bless you with beautiful smiles. They’re the best psychiatric doctors in the area. I’ve been going there for almost a year now and have a real close relationship with my therapist. This place is a great place.

I’ve been putting off writing this review for a while now because it’s a lot to unpack. I will preface that my review is from the perspective of someone who has extensive clinical experience. Additionally, I am very familiar with the inner workings of how a medical office should be ran as I did it for several years.
