I have been a patient at NorthEast Florida Psychiatric for many years. My Dr. is Dr. Stokes. She has taken very good care of me over the years. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I get a feeling of Peace when I walk in the doors. They all greet me with smiles. When I am leaving they tell me God Bless you with beautiful smiles. Great experience always! Friendly, helpful, wonderful staff. Dr. Frick is an understanding, easy going, excellent Doctor. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
I am truly thankful for this office and the care they have provided to me. I am heard. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Plenty of smiles to go around. I am glad that they have been here for me over the years. You won’t regret your care.
I’ve been putting off writing this review for a while now because it’s a lot to unpack. I will preface that my review is from the perspective of someone who has extensive clinical experience. Additionally, I am very familiar with the inner workings of how a medical office should be ran as I did it for several years. Love the doctor but she asked me to call her this week to follow up on some paperwork, they do not answer the phone. When the doctor requests you to call, there shouldn’t be an issue getting in contact. I’ve never heard the phone ring there once.
