Dr Fritz and his team have been an absolute breath of fresh air. Scheduling is easy, communication is smooth, and they genuinely listen. After dealing with other offices that made mistakes and then turned around and put the blame on the patient, creating even more stress on top of an already stressful situation, this place has been a completely different experience. They’re the best psychiatric doctors in the area. I’ve been going there for almost a year now and have a real close relationship with my therapist. This place is a great place.

I’ve been putting off writing this review for a while now because it’s a lot to unpack. I will preface that my review is from the perspective of someone who has extensive clinical experience. Additionally, I am very familiar with the inner workings of how a medical office should be ran as I did it for several years. Love the doctor but she asked me to call her this week to follow up on some paperwork, they do not answer the phone. When the doctor requests you to call, there shouldn’t be an issue getting in contact. I’ve never heard the phone ring there once.
