I’ve been going to this office for medication management for about 2 years and I appreciate always being listened to and feeling like I have a voice in my mental health. The staff at the front desk are some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered in healthcare. No matter who is working, they always have a smile and a helpful attitude. The employees at the doctor's office here are great. They're patient, respectful and very kind and helping Amanda and Rachel do a great job at the desk up front, they handle everything great. everything works like clockwork from what I see.
I have been a patient at NorthEast Florida Psychiatric for many years. My Dr. is Dr. Stokes. She has taken very good care of me over the years. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I get a feeling of Peace when I walk in the doors. They all greet me with smiles. When I am leaving they tell me God Bless you with beautiful smiles. I have been seeing Dr.Frick for about ten years , it is a great friendly office. They always give appointment reminders the day before and communication is great. I highly recommend this office and practice
