I’ve been putting off writing this review for a while now because it’s a lot to unpack. I will preface that my review is from the perspective of someone who has extensive clinical experience. Additionally, I am very familiar with the inner workings of how a medical office should be ran as I did it for several years. I have been treated by this office for about 4 years. I have NEVER called to ask to have one of my controlled substances refilled and I called today after filing a police report on 03/19/2025 as told to do so by the office staff. When I called to confirm that they received the police report I faxed over I spoke to the Office Manager Rosalyn, she asked if I could bring down the pills that I have on my nightstand that I accidentally spilt water into that became complete mush. These people didn't even update their address on Google after they moved, sending me many miles away then laughing about it. When I tried to call in to explain that I had been trying for months to see a "Dr. Frick" a woman interrupted the conversation I was in with a nice young gentleman and started yelling "Dr. Frick does NOT see patients here" - even though he is listed, and pictured, ON THEIR WEB SITE!. Love the doctor but she asked me to call her this week to follow up on some paperwork, they do not answer the phone. When the doctor requests you to call, there shouldn’t be an issue getting in contact. I’ve never heard the phone ring there once.
I’ve noticed that a lot of medical practices have bad reviews, which is somewhat understandable if you’re in the position of being a patient that feels as if they’re not being treated properly. I have anxiety without depression, but now we’re starting to think it’s primarily ADHD. Anyways, these are the best psychiatrists I’ve ever been to. As a child I have seen lots of them because of my ADHD but as an adult I lucked out and found this practice on my second try.
