Staff is great, service is excellent, I've had them work on my bike twice (coming up on three times in a couple weeks) and can't say enough good things about the folks who work here. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, nice people. Jeff, Josh, Stephanie, Joel, Devin, Gabe, thanks so much for your kind service. I highly recommend this shop and people to anyone needing service or parts for their bikes, and I will be buying my new bike from them!

Thank you so much to the guys at Northstate Powersports they really made our christmas special. We purchased some used dirt bikes from them and they took the time, effort and parts to make them safe for our first bikes. And they gave us a great deal. I showed up out of the blue early on a Monday and Stephanie was great -- super on the ball. She guided me through the different machines and helped me find just the right one for my family. Then the team got it cleaned up and ready to drive off the lot same-day, which was appreciated.

I have been to a couple different dealerships. Found this one looking for a beta and out of all the dealerships I have been too this is the best one by far. Awesome customer service very very friendly employees, made feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Will definitely be making the 4 hour drive to purchase again! Thank you too Joseph and the rest of the north state crew for the amazing service!
