I live up by the Oregon border and was down in Chico when my Harley's shifter broke off. These guys were the only shop open and didn't hesitate to help. They had me back on the road in under 30 minutes and wouldn’t even charge me. Awesome people and true old-school hospitality. Highly recommend them whether you're buying a new bike or need work done on your current ride!
Staff is great, service is excellent, I've had them work on my bike twice (coming up on three times in a couple weeks) and can't say enough good things about the folks who work here. I highly recommend this shop and people to anyone needing service or parts for their bikes, and I will be buying my new bike from them!
I showed up out of the blue early on a Monday and Stephanie was great -- super on the ball. She guided me through the different machines and helped me find just the right one for my family. Then the team got it cleaned up and ready to drive off the lot same-day, which was appreciated.
I have purchased 2 Honda pioneers from them one 2017 700-4 and one 2024 1000-5 its was a great experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for everything.
