Novak Home Improvements were profession and fair from start to finish. The quality of the work is as if I had done it myself. From the proposal to the installation and billing, every person rated a 10 in my opinion. Everyone was professional, courteous and extremely helpful! Our roof was done in one day. The workers did a great job and cleaned up the mess. I'd definitely recommend Novak for any home improvements.
Novak Home Improvements had done roof work for me at a previous home and the quality of work, professionalism and efficiency then brought them to mind when I needed a new porch roof at my new home. They did not disappoint! The estimate was done and provided in a very timely manner. Any questions I had were answered, the work was done efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
I’m very pleased with the service and integrity of the Novak company. From Sandy, who was very helpful and honest with me as to the possibility of a delay due to availability. It turned out the shingles I picked were in stock and within 3 weeks of contact I had my beautiful new roof. I was recommended by a friend who was also a happy customer and I have since recommended Novak to my friends I plan on keeping their sign up to advertise their work
We are very happy with the work done on our roof and garage. The workers were prompt and did an overall good job w/ clean up. They arrived promptly at 7:30am and finished by 3:30pm. The clean up was good out front, but could've been a bit better in driveway and backyard. I found several nails in our driveway as well as our back yard. We would definately recommend Novak roofing to family/friends.
