The bank itself isn’t great. You can’t transfer money to another account in a timely manner, especially if its at another bank. You can’t pay your bills before 8AM even if the money is in your account because the bank hasn’t opened to register the money you put in your account. Even if your account shows the money in there. Been at the bank 4 years and its nothing but a hassle, and they don’t help you with loan services any more than a WF would. While the bigger financial institutions never see past your dollar amount, NUSENDA staff are uncommonly helpful and sincerely polite in every situation, regardless of how close to the bottom your account gets. All of the tellers, clerks, and staff are there to help resolve any issues that arise in money matters. Two individuals that have seen me thru troubling financial concerns are Richard and Logan. Thank You both along with everyone there that makes me feel that my money is safe and I am a valued Credit Union member.
Not sure why all the bad reviews. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. I also appreciate the armed security guard for safety. Did not have to wait in line and there was plenty of parking. I went in for cash, and I got cash, perfect!
My wife and I just opened a new account at Nusenda, and it was super easy. Logan helped us out and made the whole process smooth—no issues at all. He was friendly and professional, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience!
I have been with Nusenda for decades. I have had very few issues and they are all resolved quickly and professionally. This week was no different. I went into the Juan Tabo branch to get some documents from my safe deposit box. Richard was assisting me. (I could spend the rest of this review about Richard.
