Went in today with a slight issue regarding a check deposit. We were greeted very kindly by Geneva. She quickly addressed our issue and was able to come to a more than reasonable solution. We are very happy with the exceptional service we received.
I've always liked this bank. We'll thought it was a bank. I'm a regular and was told to be more courtesy of other members for getting the MY own money back. Made no sense. I'm sorry teller. Should I switch banks?!

Always greeted with a welcome n very efficient business transactions. They all deserve 5 stars!!!
They don’t have real tellers in the drive-through. You’re talking to a machine with somebody working miles away. That means instead of sending all my cash into the bank I had to go 30 bills at a time and only half of my deposit was accepted in 4 times the amount of time. Obviously, the bank has no interest in providing customer service and I’m really not sure what my fees and interest pay for. Will never go to this location again and hopefully I will get to switch banks soon.
