I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the customer service I received at Nusenda Credit Union today. As a long-standing customer with multiple accounts, I visited a drive-through for a deposit. The employee at the window failed to offer any greeting and displayed a dismissive attitude throughout the transaction. I’ve been banking here for years. It’s good and terrible. They are quick to get an account open or a loan completed, but their customer service afterwards is trash. They’ve lost documents and blamed me, only to be found later. I just sent them a message about my account information being sent to a 3rd party trying to scam me.. they responded but their response made it apparent that they didn’t even read my message. We bought our first home through Nusenda and Suzie Nance was horrible to work with. She ended up getting us a higher interest rate due to her lack of ability to get things done. She also was very unhelpful in helping first time home buyers with the process. Overall, we closed on the loan and I do like Nusenda as a bank, but avoid working with Suzie. The staff at this location have been very helpful, courteous, and professional. The facility seems well staffed and operates several drive-thru lanes. There is plenty of parking, including handicapped/disabled spaces. The building is on one floor with a wheelchair accessible entrance. They offer exceptional service and great rates for loans.
