I HATE THEM. I got some work done on our house and unfortunately, the company I used only finances through Nusenda. This account has been the biggest pain in the butt and their customer service doesn't help at all! I told them I worked until 5, their rep kept emailing me to say she needed to talk to me but wouldn't say for what. When I finally called them, she said she just wanted to tell me I was past due on a payment. Duh I know that. 30 years I've been a Nusenda customer. I have 4 accounts 2 credit cards fully paid off and a few vehicle's NEW and a Mortgage that's getting ready to be payed off and I have Never missed or been late. I Went to one of the smaller locations to dispute a 600$ charge for an Item I didn't recieve in the mail. I went to the post office to check into it. Approximately 1 to 2 weeks ago, I contacted Nusenda's customer support line to request my account number for online access. Despite providing my name, social security number, previous address, original loan amount, vehicle make and model, VIN, certificate of title number, year financed, email, and date of birth, my request was denied because one of my addresses was deemed "partially incorrect" due to my frequent relocations while serving in the Air Force. I went in today on a saturday to pick up a new credit card. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. I got there when they first opened, and there was no wait. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Great experience!
