Approximately 1 to 2 weeks ago, I contacted Nusenda's customer support line to request my account number for online access. Despite providing my name, social security number, previous address, original loan amount, vehicle make and model, VIN, certificate of title number, year financed, email, and date of birth, my request was denied because one of my addresses was deemed "partially incorrect" due to my frequent relocations while serving in the Air Force. I went in today on a saturday to pick up a new credit card. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. I got there when they first opened, and there was no wait. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Great experience!

Went in with my 16 yr old son to open a savings account. The teller who was helping us said that to open the account it would be a hard inquiry on my credit then would not open it with a paper ID. Unsure how a savings account requires a hit to my credit like when I get a credit card or bought my house maybe I should take him to a different bank....
