Went in today to refinance my auto loan and open a joint account and Chelsea was soo helpful and very informative. She made our experience perfect! This location has wonderful and kind employees that are willing to go above and beyond for you 😊
The teller at this branch named Nick helped me out today. He was very professional and discrete, with my transaction. I was also helped by the manager Alejandro. He too was very professional. Both were very courteous and made me feel like the most important customer, while there. Thanks guys!
I've been to this branch several times in the past 6 months and the staff has always been very friendly and professional.
Have a new loan through Nusenda and received the bill. I cannot find the loan number online or on the mailed documents and cannot set up a payment so i called the bank . The person who answered was very unprofessional and rude. She spoke down to me and like i was inconveniencing her by my call, she gave a lot of attitude. She did not help me figure out how to pay my bill and she told me everything i already knew. I called again to get someone else and to obtain my account number. She was very polite and professional.
