I experienced an extremely supportive & informed meeting with Financial Consltant, Mrs Emily Estupinan-Aspillaga in the North Valley Office of Nusenda that was so helpful at a very sensitive time for me. My wife of 61 years died suddenly a year and a half ago, and I had needed help with a miss-sent check of mine that I needed to not honor with payment. Drove up to atm and machine wouldn’t take my cash deposit, twice. The person in front of me was frustrated because the atm wouldn’t work. I went to drive through had to wait more time for some help which is frustrating because of the heat. When. I called to speak to a manager I was on hold for 20 minutes. Eventually it was explained that Nusenda has no control over the CU anytime atms therefore can’t put a sign up for patrons to let them know that the machine can’t handle certain transactions. So frustrating!!!
Bait and switched on loan APR. Got a quote online that was slightly better than others, so accepted and started the process. Was told it would take 1-2days to complete the process due to having to process as new member but not told his also included having to visit in person. After inquiring to proceed no times were available the next day and the APR rate was ~0.5% absolute higher. I received a letter for Nusenda about my house insurance that I have to contact at the number provide in the letter. I went to the office and the letter was a scam. I want to share this so you let know everyone about this. Thanks Dina
