Did an auto loan with them. This has been the worst experience with them ever. My temp tag for the truck was about to expire. I called them 4 days before to see what I had to do. Every time they said they will email me a temp tag. 4 days calling in a row still have nothing. Then they try to tell me they needed more information on the truck that I turned into them the day I got the truck. Kinda scared a bank doesn’t even know what they have and don’t have. I got no help!! The first bank that has denied my needs as I had to get a paper notarized w/witness. I had no witnesses and was told no one in the building can be my witness (watch me sign a paper) I have to bring my own. I went to my other bank SAFCU and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. That’s how you do things.
My husband and I were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We were immediately helped by Maddy who worked her magic! We successfully refinanced our auto loan. She was incredibly patient with our lack of technology knowledge. We are going to open/switch our existing bank accounts to Nusenda.

This review is for Nusenda as whole. My credit card was compromised 4/5/24. I wasn’t notified until my card declined in 4/8/24 when I called and was told that nusenda noticed activity and closed my card but never notified me. I had to take time to file the dispute myself online with Michelle’s help from nusenda . My insurance was late and I was charged a late fee .
