If I could have negative amount I would a negative staron this place don't go with this bank one of the worst Banks I don't understand why I financed my vehicle through this Bank cannot make online payments and they will not take my credit card cuz it doesn't have my name on it one of the worst things I've ever seen do you see why there's so many negative one stars on here

From my experience this is a horrible bank ! The bank Phone teller is very rude and never what’s to help ! Please take your hard earned money somewhere where they respect you !
EDIT: Okay, so yes, the wait is extreeeeemly long, but the workers' attitudes are absolutely amazing, considering the number of customers and who knows what they face. Overall, Nusenda has terrible service. They currently only have one loan processor so you’ll be waiting several weeks. In my experience my loan officer did not communicate with me effectively, would go out of office for a week at a time without notice even if I spoke to her the day before. Most of the telephone bankers are rude and immediately have attitude with you if you ask any questions. No customer service whatsoever.
