Nusenda had an issue with their autopay system in November 2024, which kicked my auto loan off of autopay. I realized it 30 days later when I got a notice that a late payment had been reported on my credit report. Immediately, I made two payments and got back up to date. Nusenda stated that because it was an issue on their end they would fix the credit report. Tons of phone calls later and lots of time it is still not fixed. Locking or updating my account without a warning is completely out of line! I work very hard for my money and for you to keep me from having access to it with no warning is just outrageous and very unprofessional of you guys. I will be moving credit unions asap. Do not bank here!
I have been forced to overpay by $200+/month to account for “insurance”, of which I have had the entire time I have had the entire time I have had my vehicle. Nusenda & their 3rd party verifier DO NOT communicate with each other nor does this 3rd party insurance verification company provide Nusenda with the evidence they request. I was paying the agreed upon contractual amount for my vehicle after providing proof of insurance multiple times, but I was forced to have to pay the overage each month because Nusenda was reporting... read more
Had nothing but good experiences with Nusenda. Nusenda in Santa Fe always has short wait times, excellent help over phone lines, amazing investment products and high yielding savings accounts, great loan rates, and positive community involvement. Here, my funds are not supporting some bank-shareholding millionaire's yacht vacation; it's being invested in education. I have never had a problem with Nusenda Credit Union. All the staff in Santa Fe, are professional and helpful. After horrible experiences with Bank of America, Years ago; and even worse experiences With Wells Fargo Bank. I have switched Nusenda Credit Union In Santa Fe. and I couldn't be happier than I am with this Credit Union. Great Customer Service. If Banks had Fans like Rock Bands You would be #1 in my book.
