Diana has exceptional customer service skills. She went out of her way to answer every question I had and what she wasn't exactly sure about she took the time to find out for me. She deserves to be noticed and to know just how appreciated she really is and how much her attitude really impacts someone that's not having a good day. We visited the new Nusenda branch in Las Cruces. We tried to change something with our mortgage. They had no idea how to do it. We need a mortgage specialist they said. We call you first thing Monday in the morning and we'll resolve this. Today is Thursday and they haven't called yet. We tried online with the same results. We are still waiting... BAD experience and BAD service.
