She went above and beyond to assist the best way she could and she was able to locate that the issue was an error within my husband account. Best Credit Union in Las Cruces! Small town feel, large bank capabilities. Great returns on high yeild accounts, many different account types, and lowest interest on new car lowns. The customer sercice people here go beyond the expected. You are treated with respect and dignity regardless o fr you have giant savings account. They treat ecery customer as if you were family.
I wish I could give them zero stars. They are LAZY! The branch has no physical tellers so if you make a mistake, tough, they all tell you different things, and everything they do takes forever. I truly don't understand what they do, besides stand there and be unhelpful. They don't help with anything and if you make a mistake get ready to wait at least a week to 2 weeks to get it resolved. Be smart and don't bank there.
Terrible Credit union, had way too many Random Issues with them that couldn’t get resolved. Tech support is a Joke.
