9 years so they could bully me into closing my accounts. Husband died have no choice but to file bankruptcy. Nusenda tried forcing me to make a credit card payment in order to use my own funds in checking and savings. During bankruptcy you can’t pay bills like that. One teller actually laughed at me for it. She says if I can’t pay my bills to just close my account. Worst part is not a single person could tell me why they were doing what they were doing. Don't come here if you need something notarized with a LEGAL name change. They want you to jump through hoops that are partly illegal! Sorry but you Legally cant have your old name on a current id when you have had your named changed. Thats why you bring in the court order but they wont accept that, even though thats the LEGAL thing to do. Dont waste your time with these people.
I keep getting returned payments on my credit cards for insufficient funds when there's more than enough money to cover it. They tell me they don't know why? Thats not a good answer at all. Then they told me they'd contact my credit card company to inform them it wasn't my fault, but that's an outright lie. I hope nusenda fixes this issue before my credit card cancels my account!
