Nusenda claims to be for the community, but when they have a chance, they will not be there for you. I tried to get a HELOC which if i got, would have left me less than 60% debt to value on my house as well as assests to cover the HELOC x 4 but no, they won't help me get access to my equity because my income is not high enough. I'm not even trying to get the full amount, just a line of credit to back up my business and my annual income is HIGHER than the line of credit. Real help to the community threre!
EDIT: Okay, so yes, the wait is extreeeeemly long, but the workers' attitudes are absolutely amazing, considering the number of customers and who knows what they face. I love Nusenda but you better have a lot of time when going through the drive-up lanes. The service is always sooo slow! Pretty sure just one teller works all open lanes. 🤦🏻♂️
Overall, Nusenda has terrible service. They currently only have one loan processor so you’ll be waiting several weeks. In my experience my loan officer did not communicate with me effectively, would go out of office for a week at a time without notice even if I spoke to her the day before. Most of the telephone bankers are rude and immediately have attitude with you if you ask any questions. No customer service whatsoever. No reason to be waiting a full hour and some to activate credit card and not to mention this is due the first initial visit because of CC fraud and representative not throughly handling my bank fraud prevention correctly only to find out my cards are still on lock.. waste of my time completely
