⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I moved from Collinsville, Oklahoma to Columbus, Ohio about a year ago and recently started shopping for a new vehicle. I found an EV I loved at Voss Honda in Tipp City, Ohio and applied for financing through Oklahoma Central Credit Union after seeing their great rates. Kenzie and Dena from the Collinsville branch were amazing! We just recently worked with Kenzie at getting a car loan here at the Owasso location. She made everything simple & easy! We have been with the credit union for many years.
When we needed our Credit Union the most, in times of Fraud, They did a TERRIBLE job of communicating with us. They would only give us some of our money back. We got a check in the mail with a crappy letter, weeks after the incident. NO OTHER COMMUNICATION, NOT ACCEPTABLE, very frustrated with OCCU
Placed cash in their ATM overnight and machine had a technical difficulty. No one to call to do or help with anything. When you finally get the bank that has nothing to do with the ATM other than branding, they tell you, you'll have to wait until the ATM is calculated and IF there is an overage I guess it's mine? How many people have you told that to? How do you know what was placed in there is all mine or not? I have questions, which no one seems to be able to answer.
I would not recommend this credit union if you are in the process of rebuilding your credit. They place some very unrealistic limitations on their basic Access checking accounts. I understand they have their rules but some of them don't really line up with the way we use technology today. Everything is electronic which means there will be times when you need to use more than $300 a day on your debit card.
