Professional and prompt. Have worked with them on several projects now and they always send in estimates right away, and are available for site visits. Jessie is delightful and great to work alongside!

These guys are awesome! The techs down to the sales guy! They are prompt and respond quickly to what you need. Great customer service!
Do not use them for residential garage doors and openers. They installed a new opener 3.5 years ago and its been problem after problem. The most recent was last week - remotes and keypad stopped working. I googled and did all the things and finally called for. Technician to come out. They came the next day which I thought was great until it was clear they only worked on business doors - they were nice but had zero clue. I actually didn't want to give any stars. This company deserves -10 stars.. they have the worst Customer Service imaginable. They say they will get back to you in a "timely " manner...well it's been five days two calls and two emails later. I called another company and they came within an hour, on a Saturday no less. This new company very professional, friendly, fixed my garage door and I didn't have to take out a second mortgage to pay my bill. I will never contact Overhead Doors again.
