I'll try to be succinct, and brief 1 star is for responsiveness alone. The project manager we worked with was always responsive and offered many times if something wasn't done right, they'd do it again. The problem is after its done wrong more than once you just want them out of your house. We hired them for a bathroom remodel and to trim the window and walls in front living room. Ryan has consulted with me on two projects. I found him to be friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to address all my concerns and work with me to arrive at an outcome I found acceptable. I would gladly work with him in the future.

Ryan did an excellent presentation , I was very impressed.. He presented samples of the materials used for the project and answered all my questions in depth and in detail. I cannot express my deep appreciation For the team members of quality First, specifically Ryan Gradney and the one who made my house look amazing. I am so pleased with their expertise, outstanding friendliness and professionalism. They get the job done Just how you want it, and have many finance options for you. This company really takes their job seriously. Their modo is Aim to please, and I tell you, they do!!

Quality First did an amazing job on my house with the lifetime coolwall coating system. It’s been 2 years and it looks like it just got done last week. Very satisfied with the product and I would recommend it to anyone.
