I'll try to be succinct, and brief 1 star is for responsiveness alone. The project manager we worked with was always responsive and offered many times if something wasn't done right, they'd do it again. The problem is after its done wrong more than once you just want them out of your house. We hired them for a bathroom remodel and to trim the window and walls in front living room. Ryan provided an informative presentation of the products offered. After comparing quotes from 3 or 4 local companies I selected Quality First for installation of five (5) windows. Ryan and I were in constant contact from signing of the contract to the finished installation. We are happy with the product. No observed issues with the windows or installation.
Ryan did an excellent presentation , I was very impressed.. He presented samples of the materials used for the project and answered all my questions in depth and in detail.
