I'll try to be succinct, and brief 1 star is for responsiveness alone. The project manager we worked with was always responsive and offered many times if something wasn't done right, they'd do it again. The problem is after its done wrong more than once you just want them out of your house. We hired them for a bathroom remodel and to trim the window and walls in front living room. I cannot express my deep appreciation For the team members of quality First, specifically Ryan Gradney and the one who made my house look amazing. I am so pleased with their expertise, outstanding friendliness and professionalism. They get the job done Just how you want it, and have many finance options for you. This company really takes their job seriously. Their modo is Aim to please, and I tell you, they do!!
Ryan is a nice and honest guy to talk too! He answered all my concern questions about the roof replacement. I was convinced and went to replace my roof. And also the workers were fast and finished my roof in 2 days. The company is lucky to have an employee like him!
Very pushy door knocking marketing is NOT ACCEPTABLE. The marketer doesn't want to go even I said I'm not interested, she insisted on taking my number and I refused, I tried several ways to get her to go away without being extra rude but it didnt work. I had guests coming and really needed to go, it was until the guests arrived and were walking onto our porch in her presence that I gave her my number and said ok sorry bye bye and shut the door.
