I'll try to be succinct, and brief 1 star is for responsiveness alone. The project manager we worked with was always responsive and offered many times if something wasn't done right, they'd do it again. The problem is after its done wrong more than once you just want them out of your house. We hired them for a bathroom remodel and to trim the window and walls in front living room. The service was gutter cleaning and leaf guard installation. When Jason stopped by, my gutters were literally growing weeds. The city tree on my property has caused high maintenance of the gutters. Decided to have leaf guards installed which will hopefully lessen the task of cleaning. All staff were very professional and personable. Communication was great. Ryan provided an informative presentation of the products offered. After comparing quotes from 3 or 4 local companies I selected Quality First for installation of five (5) windows. Ryan and I were in constant contact from signing of the contract to the finished installation. We are happy with the product. No observed issues with the windows or installation.
Worst window installation ever. I wouldn’t have these guys back to install a light bulb. Beat the old frames to death because they didn’t measure right when they ordered the windows, then sliced the vinyl and left huge gaps that they just plugged with caulking, Cracked the stucco, Caulking, all over the vinyl. Just a hack job. They called me about once a year when they try to solicit more work and when I tell them sure, as long as you come fix your mess, then they’ll ghost me for another year or so. Extremely poor quality and service. I purchased insulation from this company. The subcontractor they hired damaged the bathroom fan during installation. Initially, the company denied responsibility, but after a month of back-and-forth phone calls they finally replaced the fan. Unfortunately, the technician sent to install the replacement spoke no English at all, making it impossible to ask questions or communicate concerns.
