Ryan Gradney represented Quality First as a natural professional. There are some things you can train a person to do to make him effective and then there comes along those who naturally like and respect people. He is the latter. He listens with his eyes. I had a roof installed back in 2017 with a warranty, and I was told if you have any problems please give us a call and we'll be glad to help. Well it's be over a year now trying to get the leak repaired on my roof. I called on several occasions and all I get from the project manager is let me talk to my guy in your area and I'll call you back. He never calls back and I have been very patient and trying to understand why this is happening. He's never reached out to me before I called him back which is very frustrating.
I cannot express my deep appreciation For the team members of quality First, specifically Ryan Gradney and the one who made my house look amazing. I am so pleased with their expertise, outstanding friendliness and professionalism. They get the job done Just how you want it, and have many finance options for you. This company really takes their job seriously. Their modo is Aim to please, and I tell you, they do!!
Quality First did an amazing job on my house with the lifetime coolwall coating system. It’s been 2 years and it looks like it just got done last week. Very satisfied with the product and I would recommend it to anyone.
Yesterday I had three big windows replaced by Quality First Home Improvement Inc. Kevin Kluck Assistant Program Manager Kept me up-to-date about the project and was always available if I had questions. Vince and Scott, the two guys who installed the windows, are very professional, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The windows look nice, and they did a really nice job on the wood trim on the inside of the windows. I would definitely recommend Quality First for your home improvements
