He provided a detailed quote within a few days & the work was completed within 1 1/2 weeks of initial meeting. Michael, the owner was very pleasant & honest. No surprise charges. I hired Royalty Construction to build a deck in the front of our house. They provided a quick estimate. Started the work when they said they would and finished quickly. Ray was very honest and there were no surprises. They were nice to work with, overall we are happy with the results.
