I hired Royalty Construction to build a deck in the front of our house. They provided a quick estimate. Started the work when they said they would and finished quickly. Ray was very honest and there were no surprises. They were nice to work with, overall we are happy with the results.

From start to finish, I had constant communication which for me is very important. I felt confident the job was being handled right by Mike, he caught corrections on the project before I even brought them up and went above and beyond on detail. Had a small problem with communication, but that resolved itself satisfactory. On the other hand, the job was completed in one day and I am highly satisfied with the quality of the materials AND the quality of the work. The job was re-siding damaged panels on my pole building, and installing a new entry door.
