I hired Royalty Construction to build a deck in the front of our house. They provided a quick estimate. Started the work when they said they would and finished quickly. Ray was very honest and there were no surprises. They were nice to work with, overall we are happy with the results.
From start to finish, I had constant communication which for me is very important. I felt confident the job was being handled right by Mike, he caught corrections on the project before I even brought them up and went above and beyond on detail. Mike was a huge asset in this project and Im very thankful for the whole process. Thank you for always answering my questions and managing the whole project. Its been great working with you and I cant recommend enough.
Had a small problem with communication, but that resolved itself satisfactory. On the other hand, the job was completed in one day and I am highly satisfied with the quality of the materials AND the quality of the work. The job was re-siding damaged panels on my pole building, and installing a new entry door. I worked with Mike from Royalty Construction and had a great experience. He came out quickly to provide a quote, was professional, and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. He also offered helpful advice on several roofing details I hadn’t considered. I really appreciated his responsiveness and expertise—highly recommend!
*EDIT* Shortly after posting this review I was called by the owner of the business. He apologized for dropping the ball on communication, and said they have been absolutely slammed since the ice storm and lagging on some communications. If I ever reconsider them in the future and have a different experience then I will update this review. *Original* Ghosted by royalty construction and wasted a lot of my time.
