Christian at Sano Heating and Air is amazing! After consulting with several different companies for my mother’s broken air conditioner, he and Stevie did a great job helping diagnose and subsequently replacing her system. They were fair, kind, responsive and did a really great job. My mom is really happy with her air conditioner and says it works better than ever. I also love that they are local to where she is and can help in the future should anything be needed. I would highly recommend them.
Sano H&AC is ready to work! AC failed on Tues, appt with Christian Weds, complete HVAC and vent install started Thurs. Christian and Patrick walked the project prior to demo, answered all questions - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Noel and Jacob are the A-team for demo & install. My AC was starting to break down. I contacted them at like 5:30pm on a Friday during the Labor Day weekend but they were still responsive. I didn't expect anything, but I wanted to get the process started so I'm not without AC for too long. I received a mailer from Sano and liked their story and overall approach. I called to book a tune-up, and the very helpful and kind Lea was able to book me for a next day visit from a tech. I was not experiencing any issues with my system - just wanted to do an annual check-up. I received a text about 30-40 minutes before the tech arrived, which was great.
