Dealing with Sano was the best customer service I have ever had! Anthony was Amazing He is so Knowledgeable, Patient and Caring. I knew just from my interaction with him that my project was going to go well and I was not Disappointed at all. From the person that called to confirm my appointment to the installers that did the work everyone was so Friendly and Patient with me and all my Questions. If I Could give 10 Stars I Would! I will be referring Anthony and Sano to all my family and friends!

Jim was punctual, friendly, and kept me informed of the work he was performing. I was so impressed by their work and customer service that I joined their maintenance membership. Sano removed and installed a new HVAC unit for my home. Started with a check on current equipment. What I had was really old and dated and wanted to look at my options for a new unit. Christian provided all the insight and info i needed to make a decision for what was best route to take. They installed the very next day. I'm very happy with Sano Heating and Air Conditioning. Today Jim and Randi came out for a furnace tune-up and AC soft start installation. They were on time and provided excellent communication, clearly explaining everything happening with my system. I really appreciate how clean and respectful they are—they always wear shoe covers when entering the house!
