Service Master scheduled an appointment for water damage. The appointment was quick. Mr. Cedric came on time, very polite and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He got straight to work. Super nice! I enjoyed him! Did everything that he said needed to be done. Great work! I would recommend this company.

We filed a claim with our insurance that included emergency tarping/boarding but Insurance dropped the ball & didn't forward our info. However, when I called ServiceMaster directly, they were here asap with all supplies needed! Techs Jason, Cedrick, & Justin got our broken windows closed up, glass cleaned off roof & inside checked out for moisture issues fast & thoroughly. Service Master's team did an amazing job of taking care of a water heater leak that affected most of the residence. The folks who did the follow up cleaning were fabulous! A huge thank you to Lisa, Nick, April and Cedrick! Woody and I highly recommend ServiceMaster in Wichita Falls.

Lisa and Rhagen we're a god send!! They came in very friendly and knowledgeable about what to do.We experienced 4 slab water leaks in the matter of 4 days these girl's came in and took a lot off of us emotionally.
