Where do I begin! I’m extremely pleased with the service I’ve been provided with by Service Master in Wichita Falls Tx. I came home from work around 9pm to a flooded house and SM was able to get someone to me and address the issue in less than 3 hours despite the fact that I like 60-75 minutes away from them! Jason and Daniel have provided me great service! 10/10 recommend !
Very impressed with this company. We had a pipe burst in our house that caused a lot of damage. They came out very quickly and were here each day until the job was done. Between Jason, Dusty, Jordan and the rest of the crew we knew we were in good hands. They were all so polite, answered all my questions and left my house each day with cleaning up as they went. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Around 2:45am, 1-21-26, we suffered a water leak. After doing what we could to stabilize the situation, we called ServiceMaster around 3:00am. Dusty and Joel were there before 5am with all the necessary drying equipment, did thorough documentation and photography, placed and started the drying equipment, and were relieved by Dillon, who took over the process.
