I’ve been to STK Steakhouse in Las Vegas more times than I can count, and I’m honestly not sure why I haven’t reviewed it until now. This place deserves the recognition. I made a reservation last weekend while in Vegas for a concert. The restaurant itself is gorgeous in the inside. The ambiance was excellent and just perfect for me. Elegant vibes with great music playing along with the world series playing on the TV. I couldn't ask for much more. The staff members were wonderful and the food and drinks were incredible. After checking into The Cosmopolitan and finding our room wasn’t quite ready, we decided to relax with some drinks and appetizers at STK. I had dined here previously for brunch and had a decent experience, so it felt like a safe choice to start our trip. Upon arrival, the hostess encouraged us to sit at the bar rather than at a table, which was fine since we mainly planned to enjoy a few drinks. Vanessa was a fantastic server. Super helpful, asked me about my allergies, and then worked to fix our order when the kitchen didn’t take the nuts off of the burrata & beet appetizer for us. The food wasn’t bad, we ordered for happy hour - highly recommend the chimi skewers. The drinks were great - we’d come back for those. Overall, I’d give the food 3.5 stars, Vanessa’s service 5 stars, and the drinks 4.5 stars.

Every time we are in Las Vegas this is our go to dinner spot. It never disappoints. This weekend we had the pleasure of meeting Rob, he was one of our servers. He made our night extra special. We were late to our reservation so we weren’t allowed to sit at a booth but that worked out for us as we were able to sit in Rob’s section. He was very attentive and polite. Our food was great! My favorite was my salad and wagyu mini burgers. Can’t wait to come back.
