This is the best restaurant I've been to in a while and I've been to a lot of places. The steak, even cooked rare was so tender I barely even needed a knife!! The sweet potato donuts were the best tasting desert I've ever had. Also the braised beef ravioli. Excellent place, amazing vibes, good music, exceptional food!
I was under the impression this was a steakhouse. Based on the steak we received, it was not. Quality of steak was poor. Abysmally bad for a steakhouse. However, their fish was quite stellar. Some of the best sea bass and fish n chips I’ve had. Which is shocking, given they are supposed to serve good steak! The beer tartar is interesting… in an indifferent way. If you’re looking for the BEST happy hour in Las Vegas, STK Steakhouse inside the Cosmopolitan is absolutely unbeatable. The food and drinks are next level, and the burger sliders are INSANELY good… easily one of the best things I’ve eaten on the Strip. Perfect flavor, juicy, and addictive. Our server Leslie was phenomenal. She was quick, paid attention to detail, and gave great recommendations. The ambience is alive and fun while still giving a cozy intimate feeling. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We will be back again very soon!
Since STK is a high end restaurant I expected to have an exceptional dining experience. However, the service I received was very mediocre. I believe the waiter Brandon, assumed we could not afford to dine at STK since we inquired about the $89 3 course special being heavily advertised on social media.
