This is the best restaurant I've been to in a while and I've been to a lot of places. The steak, even cooked rare was so tender I barely even needed a knife!! The sweet potato donuts were the best tasting desert I've ever had. Also the braised beef ravioli. Excellent place, amazing vibes, good music, exceptional food!
I was under the impression this was a steakhouse. Based on the steak we received, it was not. Quality of steak was poor. Abysmally bad for a steakhouse. However, their fish was quite stellar. Some of the best sea bass and fish n chips I’ve had. Which is shocking, given they are supposed to serve good steak! The beer tartar is interesting… in an indifferent way. If you’re looking for the BEST happy hour in Las Vegas, STK Steakhouse inside the Cosmopolitan is absolutely unbeatable. The food and drinks are next level, and the burger sliders are INSANELY good… easily one of the best things I’ve eaten on the Strip. Perfect flavor, juicy, and addictive. We went here for Sunday AYCE Brunch for the first time and compare against similar top restaurant offerings. We would definitely recommend and plan to come again if we're in the area. We saw previous reviews beforehand about excessively loud music, so didn't book and went up to their reception to gauge things from there. There was what we would describe as just a good vibe and atmosphere so glad that we didn't let those other reviews stop us from coming, as the volume enabled easy conversation for us at least.
