STRIDE Fitness is hands down the best gym in Boulder. The staff here is amazing—they're always hosting fun events, recognizing our accomplishments, and coming up with new and exciting classes to keep us motivated. This is the best gym experience I’ve ever had! The coaches are very supportive and encouraging and the workouts are top notch! It helps that the music and lights are fun to workout with. My 2 favorite coaches are Verity and Sarah. They are fun and engaging. While their styles are different they complement each other for my different workouts. I love Stride!!! The energy and coaches here are so positive and make it easy to keep coming back! Before Stride I’d mostly run alone and it gets so boring and mundane. I’m continuously challenged here and never bored with the workouts. I have become a stronger and faster runner since joining and have seen huge improvements in my heart rate recovery time. My fiancé and I came in for our first workout yesterday and it was incredible. It was my first instructor lead workout that uses heart rate monitors and I love the change of pace. I work in the Marathon/Triathlon industry and I see how Stride could help our athletes could drop their mile time.

Stride is the bomb! What a fun workout! I'm too clumsy to run outside so this is the perfect setting for me. You can sprint, walk, or anything in between! The coaches are friendly and encouraging. It is so amazing to be able to track your progress as well and notice that you are getting faster and running longer. They have tread only classes, and also others that combine treadmill work with resistance training. My favorite is the tread/core class. Check out Stride!
