Tonight was our first visit and this place did not disappoint. This place is so inviting upon entering the restaraunt. Definitely purely has the old world charm. Inside you will find multiple dining rooms with fireplaces which adds to the ambiance and unique dining experience. We started out with the scallops and their salad bar which comes with your main course. Everything was delicious. For dinner, I ordered the ribeye and sweet potato and my fiancé ordered the queen cut, prime rib. We really enjoyed our experience a... read more
My wife and I had heard great things about this place so we decided to check it out. We were so glad we did on valentines day. They had a lot of 2 seated tables out on the patio. There is seating inside but it was a little dark for me. I noticed they changed the tablecloths after each table cleared. The service was quite good and the servers were attentive to each of their tables. Each meal comes with a salad bar that has many options. You can request the ribeye to be cut at the table so you can choose the best cut. I got th... read more
A Greenville institution since 1969. Good value, great food. Our server was great and helped us with our selections. Service was prompt but not hurried. You can take your time and enjoy your meal at your own pace. Good wine selections and yummy cocktails. I got a surf and turf, my wife got fish. Both very well prepared. I liked their Key Lime Pie for dessert, and I am picky! Going out for dinner can be pricey these days, but we've spend more for much less. Like I said, a good value for the quality. Atmosphere is eclect... read more

We made reservations and as soon as the remainer of our group arrived, we were seated. The venue is very old school steakhouse (with a 70’s flair). Lots of stone walks and floors and wood. The menu has most all the typical seafood and steak you’d expect at a steakhouse. Their niche is cutting rib eye tableside to your liking, which was nice. We all ordered one, so the but... read more
I’ll admit my first visit left me a little underwhelmed. The atmosphere, the staff, and the history here were all wonderful. The salad bar was surprisingly impressive too. But the ribeye I ordered that first night missed the mark. It came out tough, overcooked, and lacking seasoning. To be fair, my friend’s steak was excellent, so I chalked it up to an off night. And I’m glad I did, because my second visit was a completely different story. I brought my mom in for a Mother’s Day celebration, and from start to finish the ... read more
