Brandon was a real trooper. The job wasn't easy but not only did he get it done while remaining cool as cucumber but it ended up costing me less than the estimate. He was professional, reliable and considerate. He provided great customer service and did great work. Hopefully I won't need any plumbing work done any time soon but if I do, the plumbing source will be my first call.
Very satisfied with our experience with the Plumbing Source. The technician, Al Sidoti was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I initially called, I expected to wait a week or 2 since our issues were not emergencies. They came the next day. We will definitely use this company again.
M.O. and his work partner were wonderful! They were prompt, described everything they would be doing and right up front with all costs. (The actual price came came in even a bit lower than the estimate.) They were very respectful of property, and very tidy. I would 100% recommend The Plumbing Source, And I will absolutely call them for any further plumbing needs!
Both Tyler and the other young man did a great job. Tyler took his time explaining thoroughly what our options were on product and repairs, pricing, and answered all questions asked. Very courteous.
So far so good Brandon seems to have done a great job. I gave four stars would have been five but I would have liked to have seen the before and after pics or video. Will definitely use Plumbing Source again if needed they were reasonable good work and prompt
