This is the second time they have helped us out. This slat wall just a part of what we had added and why did we wait? Love everything they did from design to install. Top Drawer was very responsive to my needs. I explained what I was looking for in the way of closet organizers and they promptly provided me with a solution. When I had a few minor changes, the incorporated me with the final proposal. The technician that did the installation was wonderful. He was polite, courteous and professional. He did a great job of installing the organizers and made sure everything was cleaned up and met my expectations.
Both DANIELLE and Luis did an outstanding job installing my closets. Both were courteous, skillful, and knowledgeable about their product. Their customer service skills were exemplary. Not to mention how professional they were in dealing with me from start to finish. And what a surprise to see the job was cleaned up after completion as if they had never been here. I 100% recommend this company! It's a challenge now a days to find a company with top notch customer service and great quality products and here they are! We did every closet, large pantry, and a built in desk and shelves in the office. They actually listened to everything I wanted and how I wanted it to be done.
