We have had great experiences with the staff. Especially the branch manager, Leslie and her assistant manager Brooke have gone out of their way on more than one occasion when we have had questions on our account to help us . Being a little older, some of the technology in today’s world has been harder for us to understand especially all of the online banking features, some I didn’t realize were even available and now with all their help and patience we use them and I can’t believe how convenient they are! I’ve been with Canyon View Credit Union for the past two years. At first, I was a little unsure about switching from a big bank to a local credit union, but I wanted to support something smaller and local—and I’m really glad I did. I've had an account with Canyon View Credit Union all the way back in 1981 when it was the University of Utah Credit Union when I was at the University of Utah. The reason I still have an account today 45 years later is because Canyon View has perfected the art of good customer service. I go into the credit union rather than use the drive-thru just because I like the experience. If I'm in a lousy mood, I'll go make a deposit just so I can be around friendly, happy, cheerful people!
