Worst bank I have ever been part of, I was scammed out of over $1200 around tax return time from an online crypto scam, bank said “oh well!”, I lost a good chunk of money from over draft charges when that outrage happened as well because I wasn’t able to move money from my savings to checking to cover some bills. The St. George branch has been kind and helpful. I wish they had a branch in Cedar too. I like going there. It’s calm and clean. I like them as a bank so far. I have my auto loan with them too.
This place was amazing and Kawan was amazing helping me set up for an account. And learning everything I needed to know about the bank and what it offers
Poor customer service. I joined to take advantage of a cd promo they were offering. They were nice as pie then. I’m vision impaired and their bluff st location is not convenient for me. My cd has matured and I called to find out my options. Receptionist couldn’t help me so she transferred me to the land of terminal hold where every minute for an eternity they told me how important my call was to them . I hung up. I was very interested in signing up for an account because of their rewards for signing up. I signed up for an account and was told that 50$ would be deposited in a few days. I then went on vacation and thought nothing of it. I had made a deposit and added 50$ to the total in my head so I knew not to spend more once I returned. I checked my account again a couple days later (a few weeks after opening the account) and saw that I had an overdraft and still no deposit of 50$ from UFirst. I called to see what had happened.
