There was a mixup on a reward bonus for opening an account. Elaine got us sorted out and is what all customer service should be like: nice, efficient, and helpful.
I feel like my bank is scamming me! Saves all pending charges until Friday right before they close. Never notify me about pending changes and then slam me with multiple $25 “overdraft fees” and then don't notify me that this has happened until days later. I can't even use the card manager app, ever time I try to verify my card as prompted I get a error message and can't accomplish anything. This is so messed up. I would not recommend this UFIRST to anyone!
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was with this Credit union with my personal and 3 company accounts. I began using this CU over ten years ago. In the beginning they were great. Over the last 4 years the customer service has gone down to what I wouldn't even call it customer service. I ran MILLIONS of dollars through them a year with my accounts. THIS BANK! Repossessed my car, even though I’m up-to-date on all of my payments and I have been since I’ve bought the car…. They took the car, in the middle of the night. But they are never open at reasonable hours especially if you work Monday through Friday close on Saturdays. This bank is horrible.
Opened a checking account with this credit union. My direct deposit bounced due to the fact I was given the wrong account number from an old account that was that was closed. I give them 1 star because I have to. The customer service agent said that my experience would help them to better train their employees. This is basic stuff, you don’t give your customer a closed account number.
