If I could give less than 1 star, I would. These people have had months to resolve an issue that an associate of mine has had on his account so that he can pay me for the work I've done. They have made promise after promise and guarantee after guarantee and have broken their word EVERY SINGLE TIME. We are still dealing with their delays. You can't trust these people with your money. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
A few months ago, they changed the ability to be able to make a principal-only payment to the mortgage right after making a regular payment, so I would have to log in a few days after to make the payment. Now, they changed it so that I can't make any principal payments at all. I had to call customer service, and they informed me that it is not an option anymore, the only thing I can do is make my regular payment bigger.
