Whoever is running this institution has really lost sight of what's important. I don't *want* the name changed, the app constantly updated (leaving me lost), and more automation in the branches (they literally have screens to talk to an off-site teller at some branches). If I wanted a Big Bank experience, I'd go to one. This credit union is headed downhill.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. We set up an account to help get a cheaper rate on a car loan and it has been horrible since. We've had the account for maybe a month and we have had so many issues. The direct deposit didn't go through because the bank teller told us to put a -01 on the end but when we called back they told us we needed to remove that. We also can't link our external account to pay off the loan. And on top of all of that we have called the bank 4+ times and they told us we need to wait. At t... read more

This Credit Union provides shredding of documents on certain days free of charge. This is a service very important to me. The employees I deal with are very friendly and informative.
