Definitely some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We are in the process of a refinance and are getting some documents signed. It was putting signatures in the wrong location. Well the employee David said if it’s off a little off they can “adjust as needed”. Once a signature hits a document there is no “adjusting” it. I arrived at the drive thru at 5:55 pm. The sign above was green and said "open". The lady in front of me was taking longer than usual but finished at 6:00. There was no customer following me. As I pulled up to the window, the teller shut the curtain leaving me alone and staring at the blank window. There is no excuse for this quality of customer service. Changing the name of this credit union seems to be a symptom of their downhill slide. After more than 30 years using this credit union, I will be taking my money elsewhere.
I've been a member for a long time (since the University Federal CU days). They keep wasting money on rebranding, yet there are continuous technical issues with their online banking: credit card charges get posted twice, payments do not post properly, bill pay doesn't work properly, credit card points cannot be redeemed for cash back, etc. Oh, and the best part is they keep changing cash back terms all the time increasing number of points required to redeem. Worst credit union I've worked through. Hadn't use dthe account in months, wasn't suppose to allow overdraft either. Charged 500 dollars automatically and now I'm fucked. Stop rebranded and fix your shitty app and services.
Do not bank here if you every run into hard times. This bank does nothing to help its members when they run into issues in their personal lives. I’ve banked with them since 2008 or 2009, I have 4 accounts, and they have proven over and over they are in it for your money. The overdraft fees are insanely high and when you run into a problem they do not help. I’m ashamed I've stayed with this bank for long.. now I know how they have paid for their renovations.
