I have been a loyal member of Canyon View Credit Union for over 30 years, which makes writing this all the more disappointing. What was once an institution I took pride in has steadily declined, particularly since the rebrand. Over the past several years, we have experienced repeated issues both at branch locations and over the phone. Communication is inconsistent at best and nonexistent at worst. Definitely some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We are in the process of a refinance and are getting some documents signed. It was putting signatures in the wrong location. Well the employee David said if it’s off a little off they can “adjust as needed”. Once a signature hits a document there is no “adjusting” it. I call right away and ask to speak to a supervisor where I get Ben. I have never been interrupted so many times before in my life. Abful 2as a great help to me and my partner. I am sure we were stressful to deal with as we were stressed too. With that said. He was patient and kind which helped a lot.
Customer service was awesome and very informative. Would recommend to students looking to open accounts. Stockton was very helpful.
I've been a member for a long time (since the University Federal CU days). They keep wasting money on rebranding, yet there are continuous technical issues with their online banking: credit card charges get posted twice, payments do not post properly, bill pay doesn't work properly, credit card points cannot be redeemed for cash back, etc. Oh, and the best part is they keep changing cash back terms all the time increasing number of points required to redeem.
