Definitely some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We are in the process of a refinance and are getting some documents signed. It was putting signatures in the wrong location. Well the employee David said if it’s off a little off they can “adjust as needed”. Once a signature hits a document there is no “adjusting” it. I had a great experience there, the people are very friendly. And i got some free money after opening my savings account. Definitely recommend for students on campus!
I have been banking with this credit union for over 20 years and I’m sad to see that their commitment to community has changed drastically, and not for the better. Now they have changed their name for a third time and it’s obvious that their name and image is more important than the actual services they provide for their members and the community as a whole. Customer service was very helpful and super clear with explanations across all accounts. Stockton was a great employee to talk to and work with!
I arrived at the drive thru at 5:55 pm. The sign above was green and said "open". The lady in front of me was taking longer than usual but finished at 6:00. There was no customer following me. As I pulled up to the window, the teller shut the curtain leaving me alone and staring at the blank window. There is no excuse for this quality of customer service. Changing the name of this credit union seems to be a symptom of their downhill slide. After more than 30 years using this credit union, I will be taking my money elsewhere.
