I've been a customer of Volvo Princeton since 2019 and have had many positive experiences with them. However, there have been few instances where the experience was disappointing. On few occasions, I’ve taken my car in for service or a parts replacement, it was returned with one or more scratches! I didn’t raise complaints in the past, but recently, while getting a part replaced, the service technician left multiple scratches on my car. Great experience from start to finish. Mariah E. found the specific car that I was looking for as I was very particular on style, color, mileage and had it delivered to me in PA due to my work schedule!
